Cancellation Policy
It is hereby agreed between the Applicant and Tanzania Tourist Board (TTB) that in the event of cancellation from the event the applicant shall forfeit 50% of the fee paid if the TTB receives a NOTICE OF CANCELLATION two (2) months prior to the event.
AND
In case TTB receives a NOTICE OF CANCELLATION one (1) month or less than one month, the TTB shall retain the full amount paid by the applicant for participating in the said Exhibition.
